Privacy Policy Breakdown

What information is being collected?

The only personal data we collect at Eight Seven is anything submitted via the contact form on the ‘contact’ page. This includes your name, email address and any other personal information you choose to include in the message field. The purpose of the message field is for general enquiries, no sensitive information should be posted here.

Who is collecting it?

We at Eight Seven are the only people who have access to your personal data that is submitted through the contact form.

How is it collected?

The data is collected through a web-based contact form, which sends out automated emails to our Eight Seven email accounts. Emails are sent to 2 of our business accounts which are hosted securely with Zoho email.

Why is it being collected?

We are collecting this data to allow our visitors to have an excellent user experience, where they can easily get in touch with any queries and questions they may have directly through the website, without having to open an email client and find our email address manually.

How will it be used?

Your personal data is just used by Eight Seven to formulate a response via email  and to store in our email address books ( Name and email address ). We may also use the information you provide as part of the project proposals.

Who will it be shared with?

Your personal data is not shared with any third parties. Emails are stored on a Zoho email server, but this is secure. Proposals are hosted on a private Dropbox and these are only shared between Eight Seven and yourself.

Website users that don’t want their data reported by the Google Analytics JavaScript can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on instructs the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) to prohibit sending information to Google Analytics. The browser add-on is available for most modern browsers. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on does not prevent information from being sent to the website itself or to other web analytics services.
